• No physical shipping. We do not ship any physical products, so no shipping fees apply and no shipping address is required at checkout.
• Digital delivery. Each AI-generated photo or video Deliverable is delivered electronically — by email plus a download link — to the email address you provide at checkout.
• Delivery timeframe. We aim to deliver within 3 (three) business days of a completed order and a usable brief. If we expect a delay, we will email you.
• Didn't receive it? Check your spam/junk folder first, then contact orders@opsagents.agency with your order number and we will re-send your download link.
