i. What’s the difference between Photo, Video, and Custom Model?
Photo ($6) — one product shot using one of our diverse stock AI models. Video ($30) — a short clip using a stock model. Custom Model ($98) — a bespoke AI model built to your brief, then reusable on every future $6 photo or $30 video order. Stays private to your account, full commercial rights.
ii. What kind of product photos work best?
White or neutral backgrounds work best — flat-lay, hanger, or mannequin shots all work. The cleaner the background, the better the result. We can also work with studio-lit shots on colored backgrounds.
iii. Can I choose the model’s pose?
Each model comes with a default pose optimized for showcasing clothing. If you have specific requirements, mention them in your order notes and we’ll do our best. Pose selection is on the roadmap.
iv. What image resolution do I receive?
All photos are delivered at high resolution (minimum 1024×1536px, typically larger). They’re ready for e-commerce product pages, social media, and print at small sizes.
v. Do I own the rights to use the images commercially?
Yes. All delivered images include full commercial usage rights. You can use them on your website, Shopify store, Instagram, Amazon, advertising campaigns, and anywhere else.
vi. Can I get a revision if I’m not happy?
We offer one free revision per order if the model doesn’t look right on your garment. Just reply to the delivery email with your feedback and we’ll re-process it within 2 business days.
vii. How do I send you my product image?
After checkout, you’ll receive an email with a Google Drive upload link. Simply upload your product image there and we’ll get started within 24 hours.
