Refund policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to digital, AI-generated photo and video deliverables (each, a "Deliverable") purchased from OpsAgents Studio at studio.opsagents.agency, operated by MSAPPS LTD (אם אס אפפס בע"מ), ח.פ. 516149416, Herzliya, Israel. Deliverables are digital goods produced to order and delivered electronically. Your statutory rights that cannot be waived are preserved in full.

1. Cancellation BEFORE delivery/access — full refund (your statutory right)

You may cancel at any time before the Deliverable has been delivered to you and before you have downloaded or otherwise accessed it, and receive a full refund. This honours your distance-selling cancellation right under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981. To cancel, email orders@opsagents.agency with your order number.

2. One free QC revision

Every order includes one (1) free quality-control revision. If the delivered Deliverable has a clear quality defect or materially fails to follow your original brief, contact orders@opsagents.agency within 7 days of delivery and we will regenerate or correct it once at no charge. The QC revision covers defects and brief-mismatches — not new creative directions or a change of mind.

3. After delivery & access — final sale (statutory carve-out)

Because a Deliverable is a digital file capable of being recorded, reproduced and duplicated, once it has been delivered AND you have downloaded or accessed it, the sale is final and non-refundable. This reflects the cancellation-right carve-out in section 14ג(ד) of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 for information products / copyable digital goods the consumer has accessed, and for services performed with your consent. This Section 3 does not apply where Section 2 cannot remedy a genuine defect, or where a mandatory consumer law requires a refund. A Deliverable is deemed accessed/accepted on the earliest of: you download it, you use it, or 7 days pass after delivery without a QC request.

4. Chargebacks

If anything is wrong, contact us first at orders@opsagents.agency — most issues are resolved quickly via the QC revision. Raising a chargeback on a delivered-and-accessed Deliverable without contacting us first may be contested with evidence of delivery and access. Genuine unauthorised-transaction claims are always honoured.
